Littlejohn & Co, a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, has appointed Shant Mardirossian as managing director, chief operating officer, and head of strategic initiatives.

In this newly created role, Mardirossian will reportedly work closely with the firm’s managing partners and leaders across the finance, legal & compliance, operations, and investor relations teams to oversee the firm’s strategic direction.

Mardirossian brings more than three decades of experience building and scaling institutional investment platforms. Most recently, he served as partner and chief operating officer at Kohlberg, where he spent nearly 30 years.
